Chicken with Peanut Sauce
4-6 Chicken Breasts (or however many needed to feed your fam)
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. liquid aminos or soy sauce
2-4 cloves of garlic (pressed)
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
1 Tbsp. Fresh ginger (chopped)
Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in a food processor or blender. It should make about 2 cups of sauce. Spread sauce over chicken breasts and bake at 350 until chicken cooks through OR cook on the grill.

Cold Sesame Noodles
1 Box Fettucinni or Linguini pasta
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. liquid aminos or soy sauce
2-4 cloves of garlic (pressed)
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
1 Tbsp. Fresh ginger (chopped)
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water until noodles cool down. Mix together sauce in blender or food processor. (If you made the chicken, this is the same sauce so you can just double it and then just use half for the chicken and half for the pasta) Toss pasta with sauce.

This is one of my favorite meals. :) And most everyone in my family likes it a lot too. It is Hayden's favorite.
