Just over a week ago I wrote tasks I needed to get done to prep for Nicaragua on individual sticky notes and stuck them to my door. It looked like this:
Fast forward to yesterday after much labor and preparation, my door now looks like this:
Hopefully by tomorrow it is all done. :)
It's pretty exciting to be so close to going! We did final written and practical exams which went really well. We had our Mission Medics graduation ceremony/party on Sunday evening which was a super fun time of fellowship, blessing, prayer, and celebration. Thankful for each person who came to support all of us and all the hugs and prayers.
My small group prayer for the Medic team and myself tonight and more prayer at the airport on Sunday morning. May God be glorified in this trip as we reach out to serve.
It's amazing already to see God's hand in the planning, prep, and details. He has given such strength to me as I've finished up projects at work in particular.
